Legal advice regarding the letting of your property

We can ensure you are complying with all the current legislation, such as the Housing Acts of 1988 and 2004, and advise you as to the sort of tenancy agreement you should use, and whether it is within or outside of the act.

We can prepare all legal documentation and any relevant notices you may require. We can also help you with our knowledge of the Houses in Multiple Occupation regulations, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, which strictly sets out Landlords’ repairing obligations, and the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We do not charge for registering on this service but it is compulsory to be registered on the advisory service first.

Tenanted investment properties

We hold an extensive database of properties which are already Tenanted, and available to buy. We work on behalf of the buyer throughout the process and hence there is no fee to the vendor. This means we cannot give advice to the vendor on sale prices etc, but can and will give advice to the purchaser.
