Legal advice regarding the letting of your property

We can ensure you are complying with all the current legislation, such as the Housing Acts of 1988 and 2004, and advise you as to the sort of tenancy agreement you should use, and whether it is within or outside of the act.

We can prepare all legal documentation and any relevant notices you may require. We can also help you with our knowledge of the Houses in Multiple Occupation regulations, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, which strictly sets out Landlords’ repairing obligations, and the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

If considering buying a Buy-To-Let property, you will need to provide your mortgage provider with a rental assessment, which must be done by a suitably authorised agent. As an ARLA member, with many years of experience, we are qualified to do this.
