Senior Team
Sally Lawson | Managing Director
Sally is both the Business owner and a UK Letting Business Professional, gained over two decades of owning and running Lawsons letting agency and overseeing the Lettings and management of over 5000 properties, she is also the ARLA regional representative and media spokesperson. Sally is an accomplished speaker and speaks across the country at property events as well as runs training programs for Lettings professionals and landlords.
Jo Morrey | Branch Manager
Jo is a successful Lettings Branch Manager, Training Facilitator and HR Manager, now in her 12th year with the company, she has a keen interest in employment law and the many laws which surround the Housing Act. Jo strives to ensure that the 10 strong team provide a first class service to Lawsons’ clients at all times. Jo has studied and passed the NFOPP Technical Award.
Lettings Department
Rebecca Hume | Office Manager
Rebecca, who has been in the property industry for eight years, joined Lawsons in March 2007 as an Office Administrator. Having an excellent eye for detail, she has since been promoted to Office Manager of the New Business Department. Rebecca has studied and passed the NFOPP Technical award along with NVQ level 2 in both Business Administration and Customer Service.
Claire Wickson | Lettings Negotiator
Claire joined Lawsons during the spring of 2010 within our tenancy management department. In early 2011 Claire joined the New Business department as a Lettings Negotiator and is currently enjoying marrying tenants to properties and being instrumental in driving her team to achieve their monthly targets. Claire is now working towards her NFOPP Technical Award.
Amy Procter | Office Negotiator
Amy has gained valuable experience within the New Business Department during her NVQ training and has since been taken on as a permanent Office Negotiator. Having spent 3 years developing her knowledge within the industry and having completed her NVQ level 2 in both Business Administration and Customer Service, Amy is now eagerly working towards her NFOPP Technical Award.
Jason Bayliss | Lettings Negotiator
Having joined Lawsons in the summer of 2011, Jason is New Business department’s newest recruit. Jason came with an impressive proven track record in sales from both the steel and automotive sectors. He is now letting properties quickly alongside fellow negotiator Claire, the two are proving to be a formidable team regularly reaching their monthly targets.
Property Management Department
Amanda Craig | Property Manager
Having had several years experience in the property sector, Amanda came highly recommended to Lawsons by a colleague who’d worked alongside her previously. Originally here to cover maternity leave Amanda now holds a permanent position within the Management Department. Using our comprehensive systems and procedures, Amanda ensures that our tenancies remain compliant at all times, providing security for landlords and tenants alike.
Henry Fox | Property Manager
After successfully completing an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services within his first year, Henry has now become a Property Manager. As a knowledgeable staff member, Henry, who is within a team of three Property Managers, deals with the maintenance issues which relate to the large portfolio of properties that Lawsons manage. Henry is now working towards his NFOPP Technical Award which he expects to achieve during 2012.
Michelle Pittaway | Inspections Manager
Michelle joined Lawsons’ management department in the summer of 2011 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her impressive career within the property industry. She has recently completed intensive training on Check Out and Deposit procedures along with Inventories and Interim Inspections. Michelle is soon to begin training for her NFOPP Technical Award.
Financial Department
Nathaniel Lawson | Client Account Manager
Nathaniel began his career here at Lawsons in 2007 as a Trainee Accountant. He has since progressed to Client Account Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department. Nathaniel is currently working towards his AAT Technician Level 4 qualification along with his NFOPP Technical Award.
Rebekah Phillips | Accounts Assistant
Rebekah came to Lawsons to complete her NVQ one year course in March 2010. She has now progressed to Trainee Accountant currently working towards her AAT Intermediate qualification as well as her NFOPP Technical Award. As a competent assistant Rebekah now works alongside Nathaniel Lawson managing the client accounts.
